Marketing/Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing/Social Media coordinator savvy expert to manage the firm social media and advertising content. Must have experience in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, Nextdoor, Google Ads, etc. In addition to this the applicant should have service base marketing experience particularly in the financial service industry. The person filling this position will be working remotely corresponding via email, telephone, and occasional meetings via zoom.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an overall social media/marketing strategy to drive daily engagement and increase followers
  • Ensure all social media content is consistent with branding, positioning and messaging
  • Actively engages with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, twitter, etc.) to engage and communicate with our clients and potential clients via posts, stories, DMs/comments
  • Monitor print news media for articles on issues relevant to the firm industry
  • Write and post copy for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, appropriately maintaining brand voice across platforms
  • Website content managing and updates
  • Email newsletter distribution and marketing content

You will start working fewer hours until we feel that you are a good fit for this position. As you are able to generate new work and clients for the company and a good fit your hours will increase.

This is a very important position for the firm as we are hoping to expand the firm presence as well as start creating new business via online client acquisition.

Job Type:

  • Part-time contractor: 10-20 hours per week
  • Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
